Terms

1. Weddings needs to be paid in full for Bergdorf’s to execute the work on the wedding date agreed
2. A non refundable deposit in order to ensure date of wedding. This is effective from date of payment has been made.
3. Full payments are not refundable in the event of a cancellation on your/clients behalf. Any refunds would be up to the discretion of Bergdorf’s.
4. Change of date of wedding/event would be available on the discretion of Bergdorf’s.
5. Any disruption such as floods, emergency conditions, terrorism, fires, acts of God and other disruption non related to Bergdorf’s performance of execution Bergdorf’s reserve the right to take no liability.
6. Any cancellations or misinformation of venues on clients behalf will be non-refundable.
7. All flowers subject to availability.
